We are building learning the way it should have been taught to us.

WHY THIS WORK STARTS HERE
A student says, “I don’t understand.”
A good teacher doesn’t ask, “How can I make you get it?”
They ask:
“Where did you stop understanding?”
That question changes the relationship between a learner and learning. Confusion becomes information. A wrong answer becomes a clue. Not knowing becomes a place to begin.
We built ChapterSort because we believe too much learning has been designed around producing answers, rather than understanding them.
Understanding first. Confidence follows.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING NOW
Two things, happening today.
Mathematics is where we’re starting, not where we stop.
Learning Assessment
We’re building an adaptive assessment to understand how a student thinks, where understanding breaks down, and what may be getting in the way.
Current scope: Class 5–8 mathematics
Math with Chamok
Our first live learning experience, bringing these ideas into real classrooms with Class 5–8 students.
WHO FITS HERE
You might belong here if…
- You’d rather fix the thing that’s actually wrong than add ten things that look good.
- You can stay with a student’s confusion long enough to understand where it began.
- You notice when something is technically correct but still doesn’t make sense to the person hearing it.
- You care more about getting it right than getting it done quickly.
This isn’t the place if speed is what you’re optimizing for.
You don’t need a perfect CV.
We’re still small.
We’re still figuring some things out.
That’s part of the work.
We’re looking for people who want to help shape not just what we build, but how learning can be built differently.
Tell us what you’ve built, taught, explored, or struggled with. Tell us why ChapterSort caught your attention.
A real introduction is enough.
